New Research Publication

Our research on species–area relationships in human-modified landscapes has been published in the Journal of Animal Diversity (2025).

The study compares biodiversity patterns across two managed golf course ecosystems in Karnataka, India, and examines how habitat area relates to species richness. We recorded 104 species at Zion Hills Golf County and 59 species at Bangalore Golf Club, with strong positive relationships between habitat area and species richness at both sites.
